At GLOWMONDE we provide a full refund if you are not satisfied with your order. Please submit the refund request including the order number of your package via email support@glowmonde.co.kr within 14 days of the delivered date. Please note that we can only accept returns for items purchased through www.glowmonde.co.kr.

Purchase is eligible for a refund if :
· You obtain the receipt and/or proof of purchase;
· You have shipped back the products to the GLOWMONDE head office within 7 days after receiving the refund authorization;
· If the products are fully sealed/have not been used in new original packaging;
· Please also note that the refund is only applicable on the cost of the products shipping fees are non-refundable.

A refund is not available for the purchases made during clearance and sales.

GLOWMONDE is not responsible for the loss of the return packages that failed to be delivered to the GLOWMONDE office. If we have not received the return package, we will not be able to proceed with the refund.

We reserve the right to modify the Refund Policy (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
